    1. What reason did we ban you?

    2. Why do you wan't an unban?

    3. IN-GAME-NAME?

    4. A little description.

    I have been banned for no reason.
    I would like to nave unbanned so I can have more fun on the server
    In game name:Lava_Entity
    I had the voter rank, so I had gamemode c
    Polar set the warp to my city.
    I was not spamming/using harsh language
    I wasn't giving anyone OP or free items
    Why was I banned?
